Sob Your Life Out

Marley & Me is killing everyone's soul. I haven't seen it, mostly because I haven't been to the movies in a long ass time (maybe The Dark Knight? I don't even remember). Everyone who has seen it says 'It's so good! OMG I cried!'. I know Marley dies. I read the last couple chapters in Target once. ("When I buy a new book, I read the last page first. That way, in case I die before I finish, I know how it ends." Thanks, Harry Burns, for now making me that neurotic.) I'll probably wait until it comes out on video so I can cry in the comfort of my own basement instead of at the theaters. In honor of Marley & Me, I summoned everyone from Bangs to a random customer at the restaurant to internet lists to come up with the granddaddy of all tearjerker movie lists. Of course, I probably forgot a few, but I worked pretty damn hard on this one. And it made me realize:
a) I'm a big baby;
b) so is everyone else;
c) my boyfriend claims he didn't cry at any of these. Either he's a liar or he has no soul;
d) I need to see more movies.
