College Senioritis

I bought Rockband yesterday. Best investment I've made this year. Not the best investment for my education. As if having a laptop was bad enough in distracting me during class, now when I come home I'll be playing video games. Awesome.


I like how ESPN's all like "Breaking News: A-Rod tested positive for steroids in 2003!" Really...is anyone legitimately surprised? Sure, I love watching baseball as much as the next guy, but who's surprised about Roidball anymore? And they waited six years to release the information. And, when they did test him, they did not have mandatory penalties for performance enhancements. And they waited until he was on the down swing of his career. And no one notice how one month he would suck and the next he'd hit like his arm was on fire. No one saw that. Or maybe no one wanted to see it.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie (the old one) was on TV when I was at work on Saturday. Who came up with TMNT. My brother was a huge fan when I was younger. He had everything turtles. My bro had surgery and my dad even drew a ninja turtle on it (Michaelangelo, to be exact...and he ended up keeping that part of his cast. He still has it, because it was that good). But seriously, how cracked out does someone need to be to come up with that? "Um...turtles. That got into some radioactive shit. That were raised in a sewer by an equally radiated rat. And the rat knows ninja. And he taught them. And they like their pizza. Because they're teenagers. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...FUCK. YES."
